Having completed his PhD in Business Management in 2021, he worked as an Associate Lecturer of Enterprise Finance and Management at Kingston University London and as a Lecturer of Entrepreneruship and Innovation at the University of Kent, before joining the Institute for Employment as an in-house Research Economist.
